Summary
The Enterprise Systems Program Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, product management, program leadership, and project execution of Allegiant's Enterprise Systems portfolio. This role combines the responsibilities of product management, program management, and project management to ensure enterprise applications deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and scalable solutions.
The Enterprise Systems Program Manager owns and governs the technology roadmap for systems within the Enterprise Systems portfolio. The role is responsible for defining long-term product strategy, managing enterprise-wide programs, leading critical technology initiatives, and ensuring successful project execution from concept through deployment.
This position provides leadership and oversight for enterprise applications, including SAP, Ariba, FuelPlus, Trax eMRO, SkyLedger, and related systems. The role will lead stakeholder engagement, facilitate discovery and scoping sessions, oversee resource planning, remove organizational roadblocks, and support strategic initiatives such as system and business process integrations.
The Enterprise Systems Program Manager will supervise assigned personnel and be accountable for establishing governance processes, driving prioritization decisions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology investments and fostering high-performance and team capability through mentorship and the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

Job Duties
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
  • Own and maintain the unified Enterprise Systems roadmap.
  • Define long-term product strategies and investment priorities across the Enterprise Systems portfolio.
  • Evaluate business opportunities, system enhancements, and emerging technologies to maximize business value.
  • Lead technology discovery initiatives and facilitate evaluation of new systems, capabilities, and automation opportunities.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Enterprise Systems, business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage the Enterprise Systems backlog to refine work items and gather necessary information.
  • Support enterprise integration initiatives for systems, processes, data, and business operations.
Program Leadership & Governance
  • Lead cross-functional programs consisting of multiple related projects, initiatives, and workstreams.
  • Establish governance structures, communication plans, success metrics, and operating models.
  • Coordinate activities across business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve program risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate meetings and program status reviews.
  • Communicate priorities, status, risks, impacts, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ensure appropriate capacity planning and resource allocation across projects and programs.
  • Coordinate integration activities across Finance, Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, and supporting technology teams.
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead strategic projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate scope definition, requirements, gathering, prioritization, testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure delivery within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Remove roadblocks and proactively address issues impacting project execution.
  • Manage integration roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Enterprise Systems Leadership
  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for SAP, Ariba, FuelPlus, Trax eMRO, SkyLedger, and other enterprise applications.
  • Drive system modernization, optimization, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions align with business strategy, operational priorities, compliance requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure reliable, secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports.
  • Establish performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures.
