A Day in the Life:
As Marketing Director, you are the visionary architect behind brand growth, market expansion, and customer engagement. You lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that amplify brand awareness, strengthen digital presence, and accelerate business performance across all channels. As the steward of the brand portfolio, you define and drive strategic marketing direction, ensuring every initiative aligns with brand objectives, values, and long-term growth goals.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Entrench the brands organically into relevant Sports, Gaming, Music & Culture with the right associations and use these platforms to develop new insightful ideas. Identifying key pillar based national intellectual property to activate the
    brand among target audience. Predator & Fury -- High Experience on working with creative agencies to develop insightful campaigns to connect with our target audiences leveraging diverse contact points in a cohesive way by developing business briefs, working closely with the agency and providing proper feedback when needed.
  • Identify and align key business performance indicators for all the strategic pillars and ensuring quarterly execution of plans. Periodic tracking and reporting of the performance indicators and suggest changes when required.
  • Plan, align and create execution models, guide teams to activate as per-plan. Inspection of plan vs execution to meet global standards.
  • Own and manage marketing contracts and support timely revisions for execution of all plans. Co-ordination with global counterparts for changes and revisions of contract and provide clarity to the system on specific nuances for
    seamless sign off.
  • Manage national athletes, ambassadors and influencers to understand the brand and inspire Drive brand awareness and engagement with amplification through earned media. Predator & Fury -- Capability to develop trade activities (promotions, incentives, POS, etc.) along with commercials teams, with focus increase rate of sales through the different channels, with high priority on the traditional trade.
  • Work on digital activities or promotions, content videos. Deep knowledge on Digital (Paid & Owned) & Traditional Media. Capability to brief and work together with content creators and content creation agencies.
  • Present and align quarterly plans, integrate feedback from bottlers and revise plans to support business. Inspection of plan vs execution and guiding the regional team to meet global standards of activation and engagement.
  • Negotiate exclusivity and deliverables with agencies, strategic partners to leverage and create unique sampling, sales opportunities. Predator & Fury -- Strong experience on developing and managing sampling capabilities / sales opportunities ("paid
    sampling") direct to consumers, customers and/or other stakeholders through agencies, strategic partners or owned capabilities.
  • Ensure all branding, logo use is acceptable at all events, activations and it is approved. Predator & Fury -- Experience on Developing a consistent and compelling brand identity, storytelling and visual system,
    and how to execute them on an overarching way across the different channels and tools.
  • Track and monitor program performance against the business's overall goals and objectives. Evaluate scenarios for Return on Investment (ROI) performance and communicates results and recommendations to leadership.
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study. Prefer Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in marketing, managing projects.
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
