After the surface is cleaned and smoothed, workers apply protective coatings or paint to prevent corrosion and improve appearance. These jobs are essential in industries such as construction, shipbuilding, automotive, and manufacturing. Workers must follow safety protocols and may work indoors or outdoors, often in protective gear.
