Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated Outside Territory Sales Representative to develop automotive and industrial accounts throughout Southern California and the Inland Empire. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a market leader in automotive refinishing / paint & body and contribute to the company’s continued growth as we expand into new markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Cold call in-person on automotive and industrial accounts to generate new business
  • Deliver live product demonstrations and provide technical product knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
  • Travel extensively within the territory (25–50% overnight travel; future AZ/NV expansion)

  • $60,000 – $70,000 minimum first-year compensation (base salary + commission)
