How you'll make an impact
  • Coordinate shipment planning with Project Managers and offshore factories
  • Issue shipping instructions and track production, packing, and dispatch readiness
  • Verify shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance before cargo handover
  • Align transport modes, routing, and service levels with project priorities
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
  • Lead first-line escalation with freight forwarders and logistics partners
  • Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP/TMS systems and reporting tools
