About the role
Enphase leads the field in introducing cutting-edge solar energy technology, enabling the seamless integration and operation of energy resources like microinverters, storage systems, and loads within a microgrid setting, regardless of grid connection. This groundbreaking technology empowers us to meet predefined Quality of Service specifications and economic objectives with precision.
We're assembling teams comprised of exceptionally talented individual contributors and leaders who are at the forefront of designing, developing, and manufacturing next-generation energy technologies. Our work environment is dynamic, engaging, and brimming with stimulating new projects.
What you will do

Own all aspects of automated production lines at our Contract Manufacturing facilities.
Manage production of our state-of-the-art solar energy product portfolio from NPI stages to Mass Production.
Optimize the production line through improved automation and cost reduction.
Improve manufacturing Quality and product yields through cross-functional collaboration.
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to optimize cycle times and OEEs.
Provide manufacturing (DFM) feedback to design teams for new product introductions.
Manage weekly/monthly build plans and support material procurement.
Drive capacity expansions to match with Enphase needs.

Who you are and what you bring

B.S. in Mechanical or MFG Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience
8+ years of experience at MFG Engineer area
Familiar with PCBA (SMT, Wave Solder) and mechanical assembly process
Good factory experience on Yield and SPC improvement
Expert knowledge of production automation
Good influence capability on vendor side to drive factory align with your instruction.
Data analysis skill to monitor/detect/resolve problems in factory daily operation.
Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $151,000. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
