Position Overview 

The Strategic Program Manager, is a key member of the Office of the CEO responsible for coordinating and executing enterprise-wide initiatives that drive the CEO's vision and priorities. This role reports directly into the Head of the Office of the CEO and partners with the leadership team to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery of mission-critical programs, with a special emphasis on AI transformation, strategic planning, business process optimization, and cross-functional program management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 8 plus years of experience in program management, strategy, or executive office roles, ideally in semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing environments. 
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in high-pressure settings. 
  • Demonstrated experience and curiosity with AI tools, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong command presence; able to influence, lead, and enforce accountability across the organization. 
  • High integrity, discretion, and judgment in managing sensitive matters. 

 Preferred Skills 

  • Deep understanding of AI tools and capabilities, including generative AI, data visualization, and workflow automation. 
  • Experience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com). 
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. 
  • Relentless, disciplined, and outcome-obsessed mindset. 
  • Strategic Planning: Lead cross-functional programs that advance the CEO's vision, including strategic planning, business process optimization, performance management, and change management. 
  • AI Transformation: Champion the adoption and integration of AI tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and strategic insights. Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI solutions across the organization. 
  • Program Management: Drive execution of CEO projects, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), Goals, board meetings, and strategic planning processes. Support CEO communications, including All Hands Meetings, keynotes, thought leadership, and board materials. 
  • Corporate Governance: Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics for CEO initiatives.  
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate executive alignment across direct reports, E-staff, and board members. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry associations and universities. 
  • Process Improvement: Optimize business processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement and transformation. Lead change management efforts to embed new technologies, including AI, into core operations.
