We're looking for a skilled Sales Estimator to manage insulation and ductwork proposals for an expanding residential HVAC and home performance company based in Phoenix. The ideal candidate has experience evaluating homes, understanding airflow systems, and creating precise, cost-effective project estimates.

Position Overview:

  • Perform residential assessments for insulation upgrades, attic improvements, air sealing, and ductwork systems
  • Identify airflow, efficiency, and indoor comfort problems within the home
  • Create detailed, solution-focused estimates and project proposals
  • Guide homeowners through recommendations and secure signed agreements
