  • Develop and optimize control strategies, including sequences, schedules, and setpoints, to enhance building performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Analyze operational and energy data to identify performance trends, quantify savings, and support cost reduction initiatives for clients.
  • Provide technical and commercial support across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, quotations, pricing, commissioning, and customer presentations.
  • Support the deployment of smart-building technologies such as advanced sensors, automation logic, and remote monitoring systems.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles in connected building systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to combine deep technical expertise with commercial awareness and customer-facing communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy and operational data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary package ranging approximately from 51,500 to 103,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for short-term incentive bonuses based on performance and business results.
  • Comprehensive benefits package supporting health, wellbeing, and financial security.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact energy and sustainability projects across international markets.
  • Exposure to advanced smart-building technologies and cutting-edge HVAC modernization solutions.
  • Career development opportunities within a global engineering and innovation-driven environment.
  • Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture focused on diversity, learning, and continuous improvement.
