The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Facility Operations Analyst to our growing Facility Operations division in Tampa, FL. As a Facility Operations Analyst, you will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities by overseeing day-to-day operations. You are responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, coordinating with other departments, and processing work orders related to facility operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are meeting the needs of the organization and contributing to its success.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
  • At least three (3) years of experience in facility operations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $97,660 - $144,590 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
