Green Ridge Solar is a fast-growing, leading solar and energy efficiency company looking for talented sales professionals to help grow our residential and commercial market. We are seeking highly motivated, self-driven sales leaders to provide exceptional sales and customer service to customers who are looking to go green, save money, and invest in increasing their home value.


Primary Responsibilities:

Green Ridge Solar Consultants will work closely with potential and current customers in educating interested homeowners to understand the importance of solar energy while proactively earning their business.

  • Educate consumers on the benefits of solar energy including energy cost savings, clean energy and environmental impact
  • Display strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Qualified, warm generated leads provided daily; supplement with personal leads and referrals
  • Properly communicate with your customers during all phases of the sale and installation process
  • Maintain a high level of customer service

Qualifications:? Experience in solar sales is preferred but not a necessity. We look for individuals who possess the personality traits that are key for success in this growing business.

  • Sales experience with big ticket items ($10k + ) desired but not required
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Persuasive, persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn new things every day
