Responsibilities

  • Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure all daily financial transactions are accurate and balanced.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Reconcile room revenue, payments, cash transactions, and credit card settlements.
  • Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports for hotel management.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, make reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Monitor hotel security by conducting routine property walks and ensuring guest safety during overnight hours.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and security teams to address overnight operational needs.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash, maintain accurate records, and balance the front desk cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Assist with early morning departures and prepare the front office for the day shift.
