Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking an Energy Assistant Operations Manager to help coordinate our daily energy operations across Central Minnesota. This hands-on leadership role supports fuel and propane delivery operations, provides technical guidance to employees, and helps ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service. Centra Sota Cooperative's vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN. We are seeking an Energy Assistant Operations Manager to partner with the Energy Operations Manager in supporting daily operations, employee development, fleet coordination, and continuous operational improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily fuel and propane operations, including work assignments, scheduling, and operational priorities.
  • Provide technical guidance, field support, and leadership to energy delivery employees.
  • Coordinate fleet maintenance, vehicle readiness, and operational resources to support safe and efficient service.
  • Promote safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational improvement.
  • Partner with the Energy Operations Manager and other departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in fuel or propane operations, service, delivery, or a related energy industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of fuel and propane delivery, service, tank installations, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements and the ability to meet Centra Sota Cooperative driver qualification requirements.
