Job description

True Management LLC  is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Energy Technician. This is an entry-level position where you will work alongside team members and learn how to install energy efficiency measures to reduce home energy bills for residential customers.  
True Management LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

 No prior experience is needed. We provide on-the-job training where you will learn how to:  
  • Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters  
  • Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors  
  • Assist with loading and unloading work trucks  
  • Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe  
  • Assist with job site set up and tear down  
Physical requirements:  
  • Able to work under different weather conditions including extreme hot and cold weather  
  • Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods  
  • Crawl, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or reach often working in crawl spaces and under mobile homes for part of the workday  
  • Use repetitive hand motions & use of basic hand and power tools  
  • Use of a ladder at various heights (up to 3 stories)  
  • Lift, carry, or push up to 50 pounds as needed  
 Every applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, driving record check, and state and federal background checks. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
