What is the role about?
This role at Endress+Hauser focuses on developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth. The individual will act as a key technical liaison, facilitating customer transitions from competitive products, supporting mid-level engineering initiatives, and promoting Endress+Hauser's advanced solutions. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and engineering teams, as well as sales channels and customers, this role will ensure seamless project execution, provide product training, and support new product launches, further solidifying Endress+Hauser's position as a leader in energy management systems and instrumentation solutions.
Which tasks will you perform?
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to support company objectives and revenue growth.
  • Facilitate customer transitions from competitive products by highlighting Endress+Hauser product value and benefits.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Marketing and Sales to identify specific product and solution needs.
  • Oversee MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and project execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support mid-level engineering initiatives through consultative engagement and solution-based selling.
  • Provide training and education on instrumentation best practices to customers and sales channels.
  • Promote Endress+Hauser as an advanced solutions provider for energy management systems.
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring effective communication with sales channels and customers.

What do we expect from you?
You will have (required):
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management, or a related field) or equivalent experience, with 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, application engineering, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Travel required: up to 50%

  • Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative
