Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Strong System Admin / Desktop Admin Technical Skills in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
Strong knowledge of Desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
Experience with: Autopilot or similar deployment solutions. Microsoft Intune / SCCM / Endpoint Manager
VPN configuration (Global Protect or equivalent)
M365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities (End User Support / Desktop Administration)
Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops (Windows & Mac), and peripherals
Perform PC imaging, configuration, and deployment (Autopilot, manual builds, or imaging tools)
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues
Support enterprise tools such as:
Microsoft Intune / SCCM / Endpoint Manager
Company Portal / Software Center
VPN (GlobalProtect)
Assist with user queries, security policies, and compliance requirements
Perform device onboarding, asset tagging, and inventory updates
Provide support for printers, mobile devices, and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, M365)
Deliver white-glove support for VIP users when required
Maintain documentation, incident updates, and resolution notes in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
Coordinate with infrastructure teams for:
Network device maintenance
