About the Role

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize enterprise endpoint services across device management, provisioning, security, and automation. You will play a key role in modernizing the device experience through zero-touch deployment, analytics-driven improvements, and responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering capabilities. You will provide technical leadership, define engineering standards, and ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership for endpoint engineering services across Windows and macOS platforms.
  • Establish engineering standards, governance, and best practices aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, architecture decisions, and service design challenges.
  • Design, implement, and optimize endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and modern management technologies.
  • Lead device lifecycle management, including Autopilot, zero-touch deployment, configuration standards, and policy management.
  • Develop automation and integrations using PowerShell, Bash, APIs, and orchestration tools to improve service efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with architecture, security, and platform teams to ensure endpoint solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and operationally effective.
  • Drive continuous improvement through telemetry, analytics, proactive remediation, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain accountability for service quality, supportability, platform resilience, and lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to governance, risk management, audit readiness, and change control processes.
  • Collaborate with Security, Service Desk, ITSM, and engineering teams to implement and support endpoint solutions.
  • Translate technical requirements into operational outcomes and drive cross-functional improvements.
  • Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Jamf 300 certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a senior technical support role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, and enterprise device management.
  • Expertise in Windows endpoint management, including Autopilot and device lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing macOS devices in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, conditional access, compliance policies, and identity management.
  • Experience with telemetry, analytics tools (KQL preferred), and data-driven service improvement.
  • Experience designing scalable, resilient, and supportable enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Integrate AI copilots to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, and engineering efficiency
  • Design agent-assisted workflows for diagnostics, remediation, and support operations
  • Establish human-in-the-loop controls for AI-driven actions impacting users or compliance
  • Convert repeatable tasks into governed, scalable automation workflows
  • Evaluate emerging AI agent capabilities for EUC use cases and determine where they fit within service boundaries, approval models, and audit requirements.
  • Ensure AI processes are explainable, measurable, and aligned to risk and governance standards

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
