Job description

Endless Summer Landscapes is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to supervise a crew of three men in our landscape maintenance department.

Coordination: Able to supervise a crew of landscapers to ensure they are working efficiently and on schedule. Able to plan for equipment and materials needed to complete jobs.

Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of work.

Training: Train and oversee workers and evaluate their performance.

Equipment: Able to operate small to medium landscape equipment.

Communication: Able to communicate with management regarding time, equipment, and materials planning. Able to communicate with c ustomers to ensure their needs are being met.

Requirements:

Must have 5 years experience in landscape construction. Foreman experience preferred.

Must have driver's license.

Must be physically fit, able to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs.

Able to work outside in various conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
