What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll help homeowners restore and improve the plumbing systems they rely on every day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Install and service water heaters, piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide customers with clear, professional recommendations
  • Respond to plumbing service calls and emergency repair requests
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Read blueprints, specifications, and building plans when required
  • Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, insulation, and installation teams on multi-trade projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
  • Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit

Requirements:Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely perform the physical demands of the position
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • EPA Universal Certification


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working alongside HVAC systems or mechanical trades
  • Experience with residential service and installation
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
