Location: Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $20.50 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst: FULLY ONSITE MONDAY - FRIDAY
1.With oversight, provides Tier 1 & 1.5 production and non-production support of applications and databases for software.
2.Monitors production systems for alerts, outages and system issues.
3.Seeks continuous improvements for applications, processes, support methods and team effectiveness.
4.Executes technical procedures to resolve production & non-production issues.
5.Evaluates systems and processes in an effort to resolves technical problems. Implements effective solutions for break/fix issues.
6.Develops knowledge of enterprise Systems.
7.Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of client needs, concerns and challenges.
8.Updates production and non-production support documentation and adheres to ITIL practices.
