The Digital Workspace Platforms Engineering Manager leads the engineering strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of Deloitte's enterprise digital workspace platforms, including end-user computing, M365, collaboration tooling, and productivity services. The team operates at the intersection of enterprise architecture, security, and end-user experience - making a direct and lasting impact on how Deloitte works.
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in digital workspace engineering, end-user computing, or enterprise platform engineering
- 6+ years of technical expertise in M365 platform engineering including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID including but not limited to:
- Strong understanding of zero-trust architecture, endpoint security, and enterprise identity management 1+ year leading platform engineering teams and managing technical roadmaps
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional engineering programs with executive-level stakeholder communication
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field and/or additional relevant professional experience
- Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
