Job Description:
Encore Wire is one of the nation’s top copper and aluminum wire manufacturers, outfitting residential, commercial and industrial spaces across the US for a customer base that would blow your mind! Producing over $1 billion of wire every year, with over 1,500 employees and almost 3 million sq. ft. of manufacturing space under our roof, we want to continue our history of growth. Candidate will need to be proficient in Brush & Roll capability/techniques, knowledge and use of all spray equipment is a plus. Must be able to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools. Must be able to distinguish color on charts, fan decks and labels. Must have dependable transportation and be flexible on hours. Regular hours Mon-Fri 7am-3pm. Flex hrs. may include weekends nights and holidays.
Industrial Painter Essential Job Functions:
Candidate must possess basic skills with knowledge on how to brush and roll with Latex, oil base, and epoxy paints. Candidate will also need to possess the skill of preparing all surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless, etc.) for paint application.
Industrial Painter Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of experience in commercial and Industrial paint and coating applications.
