Encapsulation Technician | La Verkin, UT


Nexeo Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Encapsulation Technician for a growing manufacturing company in the health and wellness industry. This company specializes in the development, formulation, production, packaging, quality testing, and distribution of nutritional and dietary supplements.

If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in manufacturing, production operations, dietary supplements, pharmaceutical production, food manufacturing, or quality-controlled environments, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with specialized production equipment and industry-leading manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities

  • Operate encapsulation machinery and related production equipment.
  • Follow batch records, production instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Complete production documentation, logs, and reports accurately.
  • Perform line clearance checks and production record reviews.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe production work areas.
  • Monitor inventory, staging, and material usage.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and production teams to ensure compliance.
  • Support powder batching and other production activities as needed.
  • Identify and communicate production issues promptly.
  • Follow cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and documentation requirements.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and batch records.
  • Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
  • Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently use hands and arms to operate equipment and handle materials.
  • Occasionally bend, crouch, kneel, climb, or balance.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to wear required hearing protection and other PPE.

      • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, encapsulation, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food processing, or warehouse experience.

Full Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
