Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Encapsulation Machine Operator to support capsule manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated production environment. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, cleaning, and troubleshooting encapsulation equipment while ensuring production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operations:

  • Set up and operate encapsulation machines according to production schedules and work orders.
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production targets.
  • Perform in-process inspections including capsule weight, appearance, and consistency checks.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

  • Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on encapsulation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major repairs when necessary.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues promptly.

Quality and Compliance:

  • Follow GMP, SOP, and safety procedures at all times.
  • Complete production logs, batch records, and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the encapsulation area.
  • Identify and report product defects, deviations, or equipment concerns immediately.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams.
  • Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure production continuity.

Qualifications:
