Requirements
What You'll DoAs a Compression/Encapsulation Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical and vitamin products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring advanced tablet compression and capsule-filling equipment.
- Setting up, loading, and unloading production machinery.
- Performing equipment checks and monitoring product quality throughout production runs.
- Troubleshooting basic machine issues and communicating opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the manufacture of products that positively impact consumers' health and wellness
Experience LevelsOperator I
- 0-2 years of compression or encapsulation experience.
- Great opportunity to build specialized manufacturing skills.
Operator II
- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical compression/encapsulation experience.
- Ability to operate equipment independently and support production efficiency.
Operator III
- 7+ years of compression/encapsulation experience.
- Advanced machine operation expertise and leadership within the production environment
