Ensures and guides processes and activities for an assigned organizational unit in order to effectively support sales teams and customer organizations in all administration related matters, concerning both sales and after-sales processes.* Guides the overall sales support operations of one or multiple units to ensure achievement of goals and objectives directly or through subordinate staff.
* Develops, manages and controls budget plans of one or multiple units.
* Develops a quotation process, including preparation, distribution and follow-up of the final proposal.
* Develops productivity standards and individual goals, monitors their achievement and prepares productivity and progress reports.
* Manages Sales Administration activities.
* Guides team in handling of incoming sales calls requiring price, delivery and / or technical assistance or warranty information.
* Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff.

The base pay range for this position is:
$141,340 - $194,337
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
