CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist – Entry Level

Location: Hobart, WI

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a machining education or at least one year of hands-on experience who are looking to grow their skills in a dynamic, clean, and modern manufacturing environment.

Our machinists play a key role in producing precision components for digital printing and finishing equipment. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of parts, setups, and machining techniques while working alongside experienced professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts
  • Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and offsets
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Perform basic inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Maintain quality and efficiency standards
