Your Impactful Role:
As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with CentraCare in Redwood Falls, you will be at the forefront of delivering advanced pre-hospital emergency patient care and transportation. From neonates to geriatric patients, your expertise will be crucial in providing both emergent and non-emergent services to individuals across the surrounding communities. Your dedication will be instrumental in saving lives and providing comfort during times of crisis.
Pay and Benefits:
  • Starting pay is $22.40 or more per hour, depending on location and experience.
    • Pay range: $22.40-$33.58 per hour.
  • Work on our EMS team and get free continuing education through Flight Bridge to maintain and renew your certifications.
  • Part-time benefits available: Medical, dental, PTO, wellness reward points, 401(k), employee assistance plan, and employee discounts!

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per two weeks.
  • Variable and rotating shifts: days, evenings and overnights
  • Includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of an accredited EMT-Basic / Advanced EMT (AEMT) course required, verified through certification with the EMSRB or NREMT including prerequisite NIMMS 100, 200, 700 certifications.
  • Valid current NREMT with Minnesota EMSRB Certification or Valid Minnesota EMSRB Certification with NREMT to be obtained by 2032.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing is required.
