• Provide individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate treatment goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and securely managed.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about advances in mental health research and practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to clients, contributing to interdisciplinary treatment plans.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to counseling.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in EMR software and a solid grasp of various technology platforms utilized in mental health documentation.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma counseling, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
• Previous experience working within a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team is essential for success in this role.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
