JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Treasury's core banking and system infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity between internal systems (e.g., Oracle, Yardi, Kyriba) and external banking partners. The position owns payment rails, bank account governance, and Treasury-related data flows, while also supporting enterprise risk monitoring and cross-functional process improvement.
The role operates at the intersection of Treasury, IT, and Finance-balancing technical execution, process design, and stakeholder alignment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Treasury Technology & Connectivity

  • Lead the design and implementation of system connectivity between ERPs, Treasury systems, and banking partners (APIs, SFTP,SWIFTfile transmission).

  • Configure, test, and support end-to-end payment flows across platforms, ensuring reliable and scalable processing.

  • Oversee bank file transmission (payments, reporting, positive pay) and ensure successful ingestion across systems.

  • Document system architecture, integration points, and operational procedures.

Payment Infrastructure & Execution

  • Develop andmaintainTreasury payment rails, including check, wire, ACH,international payments,and file-based payment processes.

  • Lead implementation of new payment capabilities across banking partners and systems.

  • Ensure successful testing, validation, andproductiondeployment of payment processes.

  • Establish andmaintaincontrols around payment execution and file transmission.

Bank Account & Data Governance

  • Own governance and lifecycle management of bank accounts within enterprise systems.

  • Maintainaccurateand aligned bank account data across Oracle, Kyriba, and banking platforms.

  • Define and enforce standards forpaymentprofiles, account structures, and system configuration.

  • Lead bank account setup, documentation, and transition of ownership into Treasury.

Risk, Compliance & Reporting

  • Support development and execution of Treasury risk frameworks, including FX, interest rate, and counterparty exposure monitoring.

  • Produce recurring risk reporting and partner with Corporate Finance on exposure management and mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain documentation and execution of regulatory compliance activities (e.g., FBAR).

  • Ensureappropriate controls, auditability, and documentation across Treasury processes.

Process Design & Operational Excellence

  • Identifyand implement process improvements across Treasury and key business lines, particularly in cash movement and system integration.

  • Standardize workflows, controls, and documentation to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.

  • Partner with IT and external vendors to deliver system enhancements and integrations.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Engagement

  • Act as a liaison between Treasury, IT, Accounting, and business units toalign onsystem capabilities and process design.

  • Lead or co-sponsor cross-functional initiatives that improve cash visibility, payment efficiency, or system integration.

  • Engage with LOB stakeholders toidentifyopportunities for improvement and drive adoption of Treasury solutions.

  • Promote transparency, accountability, and consistent communication across teams.

BASIC KNOWLEDGE& QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8-10years of related experience inTreasury, Finance,Technologyor related field.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityor equivalent years' experiencepreferred.

SPECIALIZED SKILLS:

  • Experience withTreasury Cash Management or Banking

  • Technical expert inKyriba Treasury Management System, SWIFT and other bank connectivitymethodsand tools

  • Experienced in various payment technologies and methods

  • Highly effective communicator, presenter,problem-solver, etc.

  • System certifications, professional designations are valued, but notrequired

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.

  • Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
