Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedics to join our prominent outpatient office located in beautiful Bradenton, Florida. Our outpatient facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and covers an expansive footprint of 5,000 square feet, designed specifically for sports medicine and rehabilitation. We serve a diverse clientele primarily covered by private medical insurance, ensuring a high standard of care and service within our community.

This position is based onsite in Bradenton, where you will collaborate with a team of two other experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant. Our supportive environment encourages professional growth and regular collaboration to optimize patient outcomes. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient’s physical condition and clearly identify their objectives and requirements.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques aimed at restoring mobility and function.
• Administer evidence-based therapies, ensuring each patient receives care tailored to their specific needs, with an average patient load of one individual per hour.
• Minimize reliance on medications by proposing innovative, non-surgical alternatives and strategies.
• Encourage patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering motivation and self-efficacy as they work towards improving their functionality.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, facilitating an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software to accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required and maintaining effective communication with patients and team members.
• Promote practices that facilitate healthy lifestyles by emphasizing strength training, balance, and overall fitness.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse orthopedic patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those experiencing chronic pain, and athletes seeking to enhance performance or recover from injuries. As a vital member of our team, you will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through specialized and compassionate care.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Experience using EMR software, specifically WebPT, is advantageous.

• At least 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Prior experience in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 130,000 to 140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
