Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while providing our patients with consistent care. The center is equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technology, including EMR systems for streamlined patient documentation and management.

• Deliver customized care to patients, focusing on their specific rehabilitation goals, such as regaining mobility post-injury or surgery.
• Manage a reasonable caseload to ensure each patient receives thorough and individualized attention throughout their therapy sessions.
• Utilize advanced knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care to apply manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises effectively.
• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of modalities, including strength training, stretching, and patient education.
• Promote functional independence by teaching patients exercises that they can perform safely at home, helping them to self-manage their recovery.
• Continuously assess and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed based on empirical evidence and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes, ensuring a unified approach to care.
• Encourage lifestyle changes and provide education on injury prevention and management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans within our EMR system for quality assurance and tracking.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist License in the state of Florida (FL), demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with various rehabilitation modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, for streamlined documentation and patient management.
• An unwavering commitment to ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred, especially in managing orthopedic cases.
• Demonstrated successful outcomes in developing and implementing patient-centered exercise programs.
• Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams to integrate comprehensive care pathways for patients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
