Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customized care to patients, focusing on their specific rehabilitation goals, such as regaining mobility post-injury or surgery.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload to ensure each patient receives thorough and individualized attention throughout their therapy sessions.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge in orthopedic outpatient care to apply manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises effectively.
  • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of modalities, including strength training, stretching, and patient education.
  • Promote functional independence by teaching patients exercises that they can perform safely at home, helping them to self-manage their recovery.
  • Continuously assess and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed based on empirical evidence and patient feedback.
