The center operates onsite, providing an immersive experience that allows you to directly interact with clients while delivering first-rate care. The typical work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life regimen.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized therapeutic interventions that align with each patient's unique rehabilitation goals.
• Manage an appropriate caseload, ensuring that patients receive the attention and support required for effective recovery.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient care to design and implement targeted treatment plans.
• Explore non-surgical alternatives to improve patients' mobility, reducing dependencies on pain medications.
• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating diverse treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Motivate clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging treatment environment.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and continuously evaluate their effectiveness for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR software, specifically WebPT, ensuring precise documentation of services rendered.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and cohesive approach to patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with current research and advances in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Cayanan Physical Therapy Center, you'll work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes, post-surgery clients, and individuals recovering from injuries. Our focus is on enhancing their physical abilities and quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs that meet their specific goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with further education in a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program being preferred.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and an ability to create successful, individualized exercise programs.
• Expertise in and comfort with using EMR software such as WebPT for documentation and patient management.
• A strong background in research-supported physical therapy techniques and approaches.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly focused on orthopedic care.
• A demonstrable track record of developing and implementing effective treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Experience in coaching or leading wellness programs can be a plus, enhancing our holistic care approach.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
