Job Summary:

The Knowledge Management Specialist leverages strong clinical knowledge and product expertise to create documentation and engage with regional teams to ensure product adoption and improve user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-quality EHR product collateral for stakeholders including sales, implementation, support, training teams, and customers.
• Simplify complex product features into clear documentation, videos, diagrams, and other collateral.
• Collaborate with agile teams on design, usability, and workflow mapping to improve product experience.
• Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of collateral by reviewing product updates and specifications.
• Create and deliver multimedia content for new releases and feature enhancements.
• Partner with regional teams to integrate best practices into training programs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Practical operational experience in healthcare organizations (quality, safety, care management, care coordination, PAS, analytics, etc.)
• Background in EMR implementation, training, or product support.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Proficiency with documentation and multimedia tools (e.g. Confluence, Camtasia).
• 3+ years of experience.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Health IT, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Additional certifications in EMR systems or healthcare IT documentation are a plus.
