Job description

Responsibilities:

* Room patients and obtain vital signs

* Document patient information (vitals and chief complaint) into EMR

* Assist providers during examinations and procedures

* Administer injections, urine specimens, and perform EKG's

* Answer telephone

* Schedule appointments and manage patient communications

* Process prescription refills

* Maintain Exam rooms, medical supplies and Infection control standards

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA or equivalent)

Experience in a physicians office preferred

Ability to multitask

Professional and Reliable
