Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our commercial roofing production projects, and managing the safe and efficient completion of these projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who can effectively lead our roofing crews. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager

  • Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices within the construction industry

  • Strong ability to work independently and with others

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively

  • Valid driver's license and

  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Preparation: Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Review project scope, specifications, and requirements.

  • Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility.

  • Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to clarify project objectives and expectations.
