Learn more about ForzaCare and Ethos partnership here. JOB SUMMARY:As a Field Medical Case Manager at ForzaCare, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work. You'll act as the central point of coordination, connecting the injured worker, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers to ensure timely, transparent, and effective care management.
