Job description

The Atlanta, Georgia office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice with a national defense leaders in the medical malpractice space, learn from highly experienced litigators, participate in case strategy and development, and both interact with and develop clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. Candidates must be active members of the Georgia Bar in good standing. Salary Range: $120k-135k+ depending on experience (plus benefits).
