What is employer login?

Employer Login is a secure online portal or system that allows employers to access and manage their accounts on a job board, recruitment site, or company portal. Through Employer Login, employers can post job openings, review applications, manage candidate communications, and update company profiles. This feature streamlines the hiring process by centralizing recruitment tasks in one place, ensuring that sensitive information is protected through authentication measures.

What challenges might an HR professional face when managing employer login systems, and how can they address them?

HR professionals responsible for employer login systems often encounter challenges such as ensuring data security, managing user access levels, and troubleshooting login issues for employees. Staying updated on best practices for password policies and multi-factor authentication is crucial to prevent unauthorized access. Collaborating closely with IT teams can help resolve technical problems quickly and maintain system integrity, while clear communication with employees can reduce confusion and minimize support requests.

Job description

Welcome to Login VSI, where innovation and growth converge. Login VSI's mission is to provide organizations with the solutions and insights needed to ensure a seamless and reliable digital workspace experience for their end-users. We aim to help businesses optimize the performance, scalability, and predictability of their virtualized desktop and application environments. Through our industry recognized products, Login Enterprise and Hydra, we empower organizations to achieve the highest levels of user satisfaction and productivity in their virtualized environments.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced hands‑on marketing leader to oversee our established marketing function and drive operational excellence. You'll lead an existing marketing team and ensure every marketing dollar directly contributes to pipeline and revenue. You'll report to the CRO and work closely with Product, Sales, and Finance to keep marketing aligned with business priorities. This role is on‑site in our Boston, MA office.

This is an ideal opportunity if you're:

  • A hands‑on B2B technology marketer who wants ownership of the broader marketing function
  • Commercially minded and passionate about connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong in execution but want to grow in strategy, budgeting, and team management
  • Looking to balance doing great marketing work while developing people and setting direction
  • Excited to lead a lean team while personally driving high‑impact initiatives
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive pipeline and revenue: Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across Hydra and Login VSI's broader portfolio.
  • Own Hydra go‑to‑market: Lead messaging, positioning, launches, customer stories, ROI content, and competitive differentiation for Hydra.
  • Activate the Microsoft ecosystem: Develop programs and content that help Microsoft sellers, partners, MSPs, and customers understand and adopt Hydra.
  • Enable Sales: Deliver high‑impact sales collateral, competitive materials, account‑based programs, and campaigns that help the Sales team create and close opportunities.
  • Build market leadership: Increase Login VSI's visibility and thought leadership across AVD, Windows 365, EUC, and the digital workspace market.
  • Own marketing strategy and priorities: Develop the marketing roadmap, prioritize investments, and ensure programs are aligned to company growth objectives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team: Build a high‑performing, accountable team while fostering strong collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer teams.
  • Manage performance and ROI: Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting around pipeline contribution, CAC, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency, and continuously optimize based on results.
  • Own marketing operations and budget: Manage the marketing budget, technology stack, agencies, vendors, and processes to ensure resources are deployed effectively and can scale with the business.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience
  • Proven success generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth
  • Strong product marketing and demand generation experience
  • Experience marketing technical products to IT and enterprise buyers
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort measuring marketing impact
  • Hands‑on mentality and willingness to execute alongside the team
  • Experience managing people, agencies, budgets, or major marketing programs
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and technical teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AVD, Windows 365, Citrix, VMware, DaaS, or EUC
  • Experience working with Microsoft sellers, partners, or Marketplace
  • Experience launching or scaling an emerging SaaS product
  • Familiarity with MSP and enterprise infrastructure markets
What We're NOT Looking For
  • Someone who views marketing primarily as a brand function. This role is highly focused on pipeline and revenue impact.
  • A large‑company or agency operator expecting a fully staffed organization
  • A specialist in one marketing channel who cannot operate across the broader function
  • Someone uncomfortable with data, metrics, accountability, or hands‑on execution
