Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative to support our Employee Benefits team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting client accounts, and helping employers navigate their employee benefits programs with confidence.
What You'll Do
  • Support employers and internal teams with employee benefit administration and service needs.
  • Process enrollments, eligibility changes, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized client records and documentation within agency systems.
  • Assist with new business submissions, renewals, and implementation processes.
  • Prepare and organize data for quotes, proposals, and benefit plan reviews.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure clients receive timely, accurate service.
  • Develop a strong understanding of employee benefits products, processes, and client needs.
