  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure strict adherence to dealership policies, safety regulations, warranty procedures, and Ford Motor Company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ford Experience: Prior experience in Ford service management or deep familiarity with Ford automotive systems, warranty policies, and dealership management software is required.

  • Leadership & Track Record: Proven track record in automotive service management, shop supervision, or high-volume service advising.

  • Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of service metrics, shop efficiency, labor rate structures, and customer retention strategies.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and leadership.

  • Education & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Ford certifications or additional technical/business degrees are strongly preferred.

What We Offer

  • Work-Life Balance: Rare Monday – Friday schedule (weekends off).

  • Competitive Pay: Comprehensive compensation package with performance-based incentives.

  • Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.

  • Supportive Culture: A family-owned, team-oriented work environment with a strong local reputation.

  • Employee Perks: Discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service repairs.
