Job description

This is a high-impact employee relations leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching leaders, navigating complex workplace matters, and building a culture of accountability and respect. Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to serve as the organization's subject matter expert on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance. In this strategic role, you will partner with leaders across a dynamic 24/7 operation to resolve workplace concerns, conduct and oversee sensitive investigations, review disciplinary actions, identify organizational risk trends, and implement proactive solutions that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate is a confident HR professional with strong investigative, analytical, and communication skills who can balance compassion with accountability while making sound, defensible decisions. You will lead employee relations initiatives, develop reporting and tracking mechanisms, provide leadership coaching and training, and collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and operational partners to foster a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. A bachelor's degree and employee relations experience are required, along with a passion for driving positive workplace outcomes. If you are ready to influence organizational culture, elevate leadership effectiveness, and make a meaningful impact throughout a growing enterprise, we encourage you to apply.
