Job Responsibilities:
  • Cleans employee-tenant units (trash removal, dirty linen, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, bed making, window washing, and wiping cabinets/walls) as per schedule or need (general/deep clean).
  • Launders and returns linens following department procedures. Keeps linen storage clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Provides excellent customer service to employee-tenants, addressing their needs as directed by the supervisor or Employee Housing Manager.
  • Cleans common area laundry rooms weekly (trash removal, machine wipe-down, floor sweeping and washing).
  • Maintains orderly storage areas, including inventorying and restocking supplies.
  • Reports maintenance issues or damage on the Employee Housing Daily Activity Report.
  • Turns in Lost and Found items to the Employee Housing Office.
  • Participates in monthly room inspections as directed by the Employee Housing Manager.
  • Collaborates with team members to support housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Driving:
  • Have a valid Driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program

Preferred Experience:
  • Previous housekeeping preferred
