Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the organization’s integrated marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between brand positioning, sales growth, business development, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing all marketing operations, including branding, digital marketing, campaign management, analytics, communications, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and a proven ability to drive measurable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing, branding, and business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market positioning.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, paid advertising, CRM platforms, lead generation, campaign analytics, and ROI optimization.

  • Direct and mentor multidisciplinary teams while ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, high performance, and continuous professional development.

  • Establish KPIs, monitor departmental performance, prepare executive reports, and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and service quality.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Executive Leadership, Operations, and external partners to support organizational growth and customer satisfaction initiatives.

  • Manage marketing operations, communication strategies, corporate presentations, vendor relationships, special projects, events, and representation at strategic meetings or conventions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, labor regulations, and HR best practices, including employee coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and workforce development.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; unrelated field considered of candidate has 2 or more years of related experience.

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, brand management, digital marketing, or business development roles.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media strategy, analytics tools, and marketing automation technologies.

  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, departmental operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills with strong business acumen.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead organizational change, resolve complex situations, and maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with availability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and travel as required.
