Role Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Novatech’s sales organization. This role is ideal for professionals motivated to build pipeline, learn consultative selling, and contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team.

You will initiate conversations, uncover business needs, and set high-quality meetings for Account Executives. The role provides coaching, visibility, and a clear path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
  • Qualify inbound leads by understanding business needs, priorities, and timing
  • Research prospective customers to understand their technology environment and business challenges
  • Schedule discovery meetings and solution discussions for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the customer relationship management system
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals
  • Develop working knowledge of Novatech solutions and value propositions

Qualifications
