Compensation: $60k-$75k plus commission
Schedule: Remote/Hybrid, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with most time spent in the field
How You'll Do It
You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturing suppliers. Your goal will be to understand their unique needs, present our products/services effectively, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Both a hunting and farming mentality when it comes to clients and customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Analyzing market trends and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Creating and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What You'll Bring
This is an experienced hire role requiring proven sales experience in a service-based selling environment. Automotive industry experience is preferred, particularly with exposure to quality services and/or third-party sorting, but it is not required. Here's what else we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum of three years of service-based sales experience, with a strong emphasis on prospecting and hunting new business opportunities.
  • Strong affinity for business development, including service and marketing calls
  • A desire to increase business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the community
  • Experience using social media tools for lead generation and networking
  • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver's License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties
  • The ability to understand and apply basic business acumen and financial concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Physical Requirements: To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to drive a motor vehicle 60-75% of the time, to visit other office locations, prospects or new clients.
