Job description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for selling Manpower services to clients, focused on new business development (securing new client logos). ย Present value proposition and educate potential clients on talent strategy via the Manpower story with temporary staffing and permanent placement focused in clerical, light industrial or manufacturing verticals.ย 

ย 
Accountabilitiesย 

Results & Strategy:ย 
โ€ข Secure new business with SMB and mid-market clients in an assigned territory. ย Develop and execute against territory plan to capitalizes on market/industry opportunity. Adopt Manpower methodologies, disciplines and tools in pursuing profitable business opportunities.ย 

ย 
Client & Candidate:ย 
โ€ข Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to transition to Branch Manager/delivery team. ย Partner with individual or multiple markets to solution for the client and ensure successful implementation.ย 

ย 
Thought Leadership:ย 
โ€ข Market and industry leader known in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise. ย Offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.ย 

Other accountabilities as assignedย 

Required
Sales: 2 years selling a solution / in a service industry or related experienceย 
Proven performance in a competitive/entrepreneurial pursuits, with successful achievement of ambitious goalsย 
High school diploma or GED ย 

Nice to Haveย 
Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of the staffing industry, exposure to the light industrial or clerical space is a plusย 
Bachelor's degreeย 

The base salary range for this position is between $80,168 and $87,500 is dependent upon knowledge, skill, and ability ad full time employment.
