Job description

Compensation

Salary Range: $45.37 - $62.42/ hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner / Sr Employee Relations Specialist serves as a trusted advisor for management and staff with employee relations issues. Focuses on promoting best practices in employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, conducting investigations, and making recommendations to enhance the workplace environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) years of employee relations experience 
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • SHRM or PHR Certification
  • Healthcare experience 

This is a fully onsite position in Ventura, CA.
