Job description

The Center for Christian Virtue Project Manager acts as the primary operation liaison between the Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives and the participating pro-life and pro-family organizations. The position is responsible for the implementation of the strategy, ensuring that high level advocacy is supported by disciplined project management and coordinated grassroots activity.


Reports to: Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt

Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with Occasional Statewide Travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all pro-life and pro-family organizations within the coalition, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Schedule, organize, and document coalition-wide meetings, ensuring agendas are clear and action items are tracked and executed.
  • Project-manage grassroots advocacy campaigns, including coordinate-by-mail initiatives, digital activism, and phone-banking efforts.
  • Drafts formal correspondence and directives for coalition stakeholders and oversees the execution of bulk communication through the CRM. This ensures messaging is consistent, trackable, and delivered to the correct segments of the grassroots network.
  • Assist the Senior Fellow of Strategic Initiatives in strategic planning, identifying opportunities, and assessing potential risks to the coalition's objectives.
  • Maintain meticulous internal records, including coalition rosters, campaign metrics, contact lists, and tracking sheets.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Job Qualifications & Requirements

Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, non-profit management, or grassroots advocacy.
  • A deep, unyielding commitment to the pro-life and pro-family movement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write persuasive advocacy copy and professional executive summaries.
  • Hyper-organized with a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, complex timelines, and detailed record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with Voter Voice system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and comfortable using AI in everyday tasks.

Character and Spiritual

  • Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
  • Agreement with and adherence to CCV's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrated commitment to CCV's mission and position on Core Issues.
  • Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism focused on client/constituent relationships.
