Position Overview

Emotional Resilience Therapeutic Services is actively seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to diverse populations struggling with various mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual meetings, engaging in active listening and empathetic dialogue.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and strategies for overcoming mental health challenges.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, offering guidance, resources, and follow-up to ensure progress towards therapeutic goals.
  • Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in electronic health record (EHR) systems to comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and contribute to team objectives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position requires working with a diverse client population that may include individuals facing challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications
  • A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid state license as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting with proven capabilities in delivering therapeutic services.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, effective evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural sensitivity in therapy.
